中辰国际集团有限公司系经贸委，外经贸部直属的国有大型企业，主营业务为国际贸易及国际工程承包。现根据国有企业有进有退的改革方针，我公司经过股权置换，业务重组，正发展成为符合现代企业模式的股份制民营企业。主营业务定位为：生物工程技术研发、孵化、推广；传统中医药研发、生产及产品绿色认证；高新工业开发区建设及管理,暨亳州国际中药材高科技开发区和香河中辰高科技工业园。我公司同时受中国及世界银行的委托参与可索沃的重建工作。
